Refund policy

All sales are final. Because our products are personalized and made to order, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for any products or services sold through www.steckercreations.com. Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. This policy applies to all products and services offered on www.steckercreations.com. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to this no-refund/return policy. 

All personalized and custom items must be approved in writing and no changes may be made after final approval.   Please make sure that you review your order for correct spelling of text, we will print items as submitted by you.   If uploading any images, your images must be high resolution images and minimum of 300 DPI.   We strive to accurately represent the colors of our products in our images. However, due to differences in monitor and device settings (e.g., brightness, contrast, saturation), there may be slight variations in color between what is displayed on your screen and the actual product. As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on color discrepancies.

EXCEPTIONS.  While we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges, the following exceptions apply: 

Defective or Damaged Goods: 

If you receive a product that is visibly damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact me at julia@steckercreations.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return and/or exchange.  Please clearly explain the issue and provide a picture of the damaged product and we will work to resolve the issue.

Mistakes by Seller: 

If, after receiving your order, you discover a mistake on our part (e.g. incorrect shipping address, missing items, incorrect quantity), please contact me within 7 days at julia@steckercreations.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
